I booked this because the wording made it sound like they’d catch the obvious stuff, but that wasn’t my experience. After the inspection, I noticed a few issues myself that really should’ve been pointed out. Frustrating when it’s advertised like a detailed inspection and then basic things get missed.

"Financing support needs to take more responsibility"
I reached out with some basic questions about financing, the whole thing was frustrating. The replies I got were short, vague, and didn’t really help me understand my options or what the next steps were.
If a company offers financing help, I think they should be prepared to actually walk people through it and be accountable for giving clear answers. Maybe it works fine if you’re paying cash, but the support I got felt slow and unhelpful, so I ended up moving on and looking elsewhere.

I don’t know, I just expected there to be more to choose from. I kept clicking around and most of it wasn’t really the kind of thing I had in mind. The whole selection felt kind of thin, and after a while it just wasn’t worth digging through anymore. I left feeling let down...

I was a bit frustrated because the fees weren’t shown clearly upfront. They literally only appeared later, which made the total cost feel kind of surprising.

The vehicle paperwork felt really messy and Not very clear. I kept having to ask basic questions, and even after that I still didn’t feel great about the whole thing. i wouldn’t buy from them Again.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
The car itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the whole delivery process was annoying. I kept having to ask for updates, and the delivery date changed more than once without much heads-up. On top of that, I had to keep going through verification stuff over and over, which got frustrating fast. If they had just communicated better and not made me repeat the same steps, it wouldn’t have felt so stressful. For what I paid, I really expected the shipping to be a lot smoother

"Nice cars, but the sales experience could improve"
The cars I looked at were in good shape and the lot itself seemed fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like everything was bad. But my experience with the sales staff wasn’t great. I asked a few basic questions and got short answers, almost like they were trying to move me along instead of actually helping. Maybe I caught them on a busy day, but it still didn’t feel very professional. The inventory was nice, but the customer service side definitely needs some work.

"Buying was more hassle than it needed to be"
Buying through volocars.com was kind of a pain. I figured it would be straightforward, but it ended up feeling slow and a little all over the place.
I had to keep going back and forth just to understand basic stuff, which got old fast. A few steps weren’t super clear either, so I wasn’t always sure what was actually happening or what I was supposed to do next.
For cars at this price, the buying process should feel way smoother. I got annoyed quick, and yeah, I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to deal with that again.

"Total Clowns After I Paid"
The second I bought the car, it was like they disappeared. I called, left messages, tried to get someone to help me out, and nobody bothered to call back. Super frustrating dealing with these jokers after they already had my money

"Listing felt misleading, right?"
The car looked way better in the listing than it did once I started asking more questions. A few of the details didn’t really match up, and it just felt like I wasted my time. I don’t think I’m being too picky here, but it definitely didn’t feel accurate.

I tried trading in my car with Volo Cars, i mostly just remember it being frustrating. They gave me a number at first, but after I sent over more details, it didn’t really stick. I don’t remember every back-and-forth, but I do remember the replies feeling slow and the whole thing dragging out more than I expected. Maybe it was no big deal on their end, but for me it felt like a waste of time.

"Car Was Rougher Than Expected"
I was disappointed when I saw the car in person. It looked a lot rougher than I expected, with noticeable wear and a few small issues that really should’ve been mentioned upfront. For the price, I think most customers would expect it to be cleaner and looked over more carefully. I left feeling let down and personally wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from them.
